Long

time since last time it felt like. Been sick for a week now with fever to bad stomach... Actually felt ok in the start but noticed that strength was not really there. Plan was to do more volume..ended up with 3 black (1flash, 1 dayflash and 1 repeat) as well as 8 or 9 red problems and 4 blue problems...before lack of power and sore skin set in. Guess it will take around 1 week before gaining some strength again so we will see.. Kudos to T who looked really strong making easy work of his first white problem of the year!
