Shock the system!

Ok. According to T. Bompa it is benifficial to break up the Hypertophy period with a "Shock to the system and have a real training session.. Went o KC with B and got to work on some black problems. Ended up doing 2 and worked on several others that felt possible (some maybe in a while) .. Due to be being Dead in my body from Fridays session and doing a 1 hr KB session yesterday, I will repeat that thought and have a another "Shock" session on Wednesday before returning to more Hypertrophy. :-D
