Stressed but fun

again a stressful day at work etc. First strength session at KV's system board, with respect giving company (St,Bo,He&Jo). It was awesome to see what problems they pulled on,while I was trying to just get up the thing. Did my 3x3 thing and finished off with some light campus and nearly flashing a black problem. As usual, fell in love with this type of training, specially after having found problems that just might be possible....
